40L X 8W (EZ), High volume, Elevated Sort System for sorting recyclable materials. Addition of a 2 Ram Horizontal Baler is recommended. This system consists of a chain belt, pit feed incline conveyor with 30′ horizontal feed. Typically push fed by a loader. 132L platform with sorting on both sides of the sort conveyor. 10 bunkers with a drop chute on both sides (20) drop chutes. Bunker walls are shielded with plate steel. The residue is conveyed off the end of the line. Sort 10-18 different types of material. Adjacent 98′ Long pit feed conveyor for feeding the sorted material into the Baler. Complete sorting system including stares, hand & toe rails and all necessary controls and electrical components. Additional options and adjustments to the configuration are available.
